(Three Night Minimum Stay Required)

Deposits:

• A 20% deposit required to secure your reservation.
• Another 30% due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Balance due upon arrival.
• For groups: Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
   

Cancellation Policy:

• 90 days or more prior to arrival, receive full refund
  less a $50 processing fee.
• 60-89 days prior, receive a refund less 20%
• 30-59 days prior, receive refund less 50% unless the
  room(s) are rebooked.
• 30-0 days prior, pay in full unless room(s) are rebooked.
   

Groups:

• 90 days or more receive refund less 50% of deposit.
• 89 days or less deposit nonrefundable.
   

Cleaning Fee:

• $50-350
   

Check in/out time:

• Check in: 2 pm
• Check out: 11 am
